Corrections

The most useful email you can send. If a number here is wrong, or a source has been superseded, say which page and — if you have it — the source that supersedes it. Corrections with a link attached get fixed the same week, and the page says what changed.

Questions about training

Happy to point you at the right page, but we cannot write you a training plan or diagnose a stroke from a description. That needs a coach who can watch you swim. And anything involving pain, breathing difficulty or a heart condition needs a doctor, not us — see the terms.

Press, licensing and reuse

Quoting a short passage with a link back needs no permission. Republishing a full page, embedding a calculator, or licensing the tables requires written permission — write and ask.
